Use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g., name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, where possible.
Colour - Although we make the effort to ensure the accuracy of images on my website we can’t guarantee that the colours and appearance of artwork will be absolutely identical to the original.
Availability of the artworks displayed on this website is not guaranteed. The website is not constantly, but regularly updated.
Copyright rights to the image remain with the artist or the estate of the artist. The purchase on an artwork does not confer the right or license to use the image for commercial or any other purchases.
Shipping of orders of prints over £100 within the UK and the EU is free of charge. For originals the standard Royal Mail charges apply.
Please get in touch about shipments outside the UK. Sadly Brexit led to higher charges and potential customs fees.
Payments must be made net without deduction within 7 days.
The items remain our property until complete payment has been made.
Title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment has been made for them.
You have the right to return your order within 7 days without giving any reason. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and for the return postage.
If the order arrived damaged please report the damage to your post office first. Only then send the delivery back to us free of charge with a confirmation of the damage.
